Parcels are sent by InPost, Pocztex and DPD courier companies (for foreign orders).
Order processing time
The goods are shipped within 24 hours of receiving the payment or, if you choose cash on delivery, from the date of placing the order.
Consignment status
When the parcel is shipped, you will receive a generated shipping number to the e-mail address used to place the order. Using it, you will be able to check the status of your shipment. Receiving this email confirms that the parcel has been shipped. After placing the parcel in the Parcel Locker, the recipient will receive information via e-mail or SMS about the possibility of collecting the parcel within 48 hours. We kindly ask you to check your email notifications regularly.
The parcel was not delivered
If the parcel is not delivered within the time specified in the regulations, please contact us urgently by e-mail or telephone. We will try to determine the cause of this situation as soon as possible.
